COACHES

Michael Herringer - Head Goalie Coach / Mentor / Off-Ice Trainer (WHL, Usport, Pro)

I was raised in Comox, BC, on Vancouver Island. I played minor hockey there until U18's. After being drafted by the Victoria Royals in the WHL Bantam Draft  I billeted out of Nanaimo to play in the BCMML for the North Island Silvertips. From there I spent 2 seasons in the VIJHL with Victoria, Nanaimo, and Kerry Park. After that I enjoyed 3 seasons in the WHL with the Kelowna Rockets, where we won the league and attended the Memorial Cup in 2015 where we lost a heartbreaker in the final game. Following a 115 Game Career in the WHL, I graduated to Usport and spent 4 seasons with 2 different schools, studying Criminal Justice, before a short professional career in the SPHL and ECHL with the Vegas Golden Knights affiliate team.

Campbell Arnold - Goalie Coach / Mentor (BCHL, WHL)

I started playing hockey at age 5 and made the full transition to goaltending when I was 10 years old. I played all my minor hockey in Nanaimo and had the opportunity to play at Shawnigan Lake School in grade 8 and 9. I was fortunate and honoured to be drafted 28th overall in the 2017 WHL Bantam Draft by the Spokane Chiefs. I then played 1 year of midget hockey at Yale Hockey Academy and made the quick jump to junior hockey playing with the Spokane Chiefs, Victoria Royals and Alberni Valley Bulldogs. I ultimately decided to stop playing after Junior and have enjoyed helping coach ever since. I'm excited to help young goalies Take The Next Step.

Linden Marshall - Goalie Coach (BCHL, NCAA D1, Pro)

I was raised in Victoria, BC, playing minor hockey at Racquet Club hockey association and midget at the Pacific Coast Hockey Academy. I played two years of junior hockey in the BCHL for the Trail Smoke Eaters, where I received a scholarship to play hockey at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) in the ECAC Division. After receiving degrees in B.S. Mechanical Engineering and M.S. Supply Chain Management, I continued my hockey career as an affiliate in the ECHL and AHL and played one season overseas in the EliteHockey Ligaen (Norwegian premier hockey league).
