Private sessions available at any rink of your choosing. We also have a private facility in Victoria with a gym and synthetic ice where there is no ice rental cost for a 60 minute 1 on 1 on-ice session. With the goal of creating a plan to benefit each goaltender in season or during the off-season. 

Semi-privates available at any rink of your choosing with a 2:1 goaltender to coach ratio. We also offer semi-private lessons at our facility in Victoria with a focus on tailoring the lesson to benefit both goaltenders

Having a goalie coach at your team practice can be very helpful. We will communicate with the head coach of the team beforehand and plan time to work with the goalie to make sure the session is beneficial. 

Starting on April 7th, through until May 26th. Every Monday at 7am-8am, we will be hosting Spring Goalie Clinics at Shawnigan Lake Arena! There is 8 sessions in total. Contact for more information regarding prices and availability.

The academy is for any goaltender looking to take the next step in their game year round. This goalie specific academy offers a variety of things that you just can't get all in one place anywhere else. A private training centre for on ice private sessions that cuts the cost of ice rentals down to $0. A custom gym to do all the workouts that have been tailored specifically for you by a personal trainer. Access to a video room to go over your game film and situational game breakdowns of elite goalies. On top of that, the academy has an online portion that goalies can access at any time; drills, workouts, mobility exercises, mental strength tips, and a mentorship program where goalies that are still playing at a high level will be available at specific times to chat with the goalies in a group setting or 1 on 1. This will allow the goalie in the academy to pick the brain of the older goaltender, ask questions and learn from the best of the best doing it at elite levels currently!

The online academy is for any goaltender looking to take the next step in their game year round but can't make it to the training centre on a regular basis or lives too far away from Victoria. This goalie specific online academy offers a variety of tools to help the goaltenders of today thrive at whatever level they're playing at. The online academy will include full access to drills, workouts designed for you specifically by a personal trainer, mobility exercises, mental strength tips, pre-recorded video breakdown of elite goalies in a variety of situations, as well as access to the mentorship program.
